Grilled Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil;
  • c1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Steps

  1. Preheat grill to medim-high and lightly oil grate.
  2. Put chicken breast between parchment paper and gently pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a bag and marinate.
  4. Grill and transfer to cutting board. Let it rest for a bit.
  5. Eat!
