Grilled Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil;
- c1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- boneless chicken breast
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Steps
- Preheat grill to medim-high and lightly oil grate.
- Put chicken breast between parchment paper and gently pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to a bag and marinate.
- Grill and transfer to cutting board. Let it rest for a bit.
- Eat!
